Greetings again Heels affiliates! I wanted to get a quick update out regarding the Heel of the Day widget in CJ. (Again, my apologies to Heels.com affiliates in PJN and GAN…we’re working on it…I promise.) Earlier this week we announced the addition of the Deal of the Day widget to the CJ interface, and now I can update you and let you know that we have updated the coding on the Heel of the Day widget to better track sales coming through this ad. We discovered the potential for missed tracking about a week back and decided it would be in our best interest, and the best interest of our affiliates to rework the code and make sure there was no chance for missed referrals. So, for those of you who were already hosting the Heel of the Day widget on your site, I would recommend logging into your CJ account and getting the new code for this widget. Also, as an early adopter of this ad for your site, we want to give you a reward, so email me with a link to the page with the original version of the widget before you swap out the code and I’ll hook you up!

If you’re not using this tool yet, I suggest logging in to CJ and checking it out. This is a great way to get new product delivered daily to your site and you don’t have to do a thing after placing the widget code! It works great side-by-side with the Deal of the Day widget as well, just like on the Heels.com homepage.

If you’re not a CJ affiliate, you can’t take advantage of these widget (the other networks will have them soon as well!) so go get more info on the affiliate program today to be able to start promoting the top women’s shoes!
