Matt Enders | CEO

Matt Enders is the President / CEO of mgecom, inc. He has spent his entire career working in online marketing, most specifically in affiliate marketing. He has worked in countless product categories and brought success to a wide range of companies, both large and small. His career has touched on all online sales verticals, including PPC, portal shopping, business development, CSE's and email, but affiliate marketing has always been his specialty.

Matt began his career as a marketing intern during college and progressively developed his experience and abilities until he was able to form mgecom, inc. in March of 2006. Matt now focuses on managing affiliate programs with a focus on best practices, sales growth, ROI and the universal satisfaction of everyone involved. He has had numerous successes with launching new affiliate programs and turning around ailing ones. In addition, Matt is responsible for the overall strategy, growth and success of mgecom, inc.

Jeff Cress | Senior Director, Sales and Marketing

Jeff is a customer focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers identify opportunities to increase revenue. He specializes in learning customer’s needs and matching those needs to the program that will drive maximum return on investment.

Prior to joining mgecom, Jeff enjoyed 12 successful years in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis in various sales and customer relations roles. He has been consistently recognized for his ability to craft win-win solutions to business problems.

Jeff earned a MBA with specializations in Marketing and Health services, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. He is a US Air Force veteran, an avid boater, pilot, and hockey player, and enjoys coaching his kid’s soccer team. You can visit Jeff’s sales blog at JeffCress.com.

Mike Bump | Senior Business Development Specialist

Mike Bump is Senior Business Development Specialist for MGECOM's outsourced affiliate program management.

A veteran of affiliate sales channel development and OPM, he plays a major role in helping eTailer’s maximize their online sales and leadgen revenues. Prior to joining our team, Mike was the Director of Sales for a competitive affiliate program management firm. Before that, he was VP of Sales and Marketing for Innovative Ideas Int. where he was instrumental in creating, launching and managing AdvertisingRevenueService.com.

Mike has a well-rounded management, consulting, marketing and sales background. His experience includes outsourced IT managed services, affiliate program start-ups and re-launch strategies, network sales, business to business private marketplace sales and management, affiliate and merchant focused business to consumer sales. He also has consulted merchants on affiliate sales channel start-up and re-launches throughout the United States.

Prior to jumping into the Internet with both feet at the start of the new millennium, Mike enjoyed an achievement-filled career developing and leading top revenue generating radio sales and marketing teams throughout the country for more than 20 years. He lives in Las Vegas, the entertainment and Affiliate Summit capitol of the universe with his artist wife, Lorrie, their wiener dog Lucy and their four cats.

Wendy Holmes | Business Development Specialist

As a business development specialist for mgecom, Inc., Wendy joins us with 15 years of multi-media advertising experience – primarily focused on print and Internet buys leveraged with event marketing. Frequently regarded by peers as a relationship builder, Wendy consistently dives in to learn about client’s needs. She has planned strategic advertising promotions for numerous SMBs and understands struggles start-ups face. On the flip side, Wendy is well-versed with the needs of larger corporations. Regardless the size of a business, she knows accountability is key to all.

Wendy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in Journalism with a concentration in English. She’s passionate about good marketing, blogging, photography, travel and all things French. And is currently working on her travel bucket list. When she’s not crafting affiliate marketing deals, Wendy spends downtime annoying family and friends with the constant snap of her camera. Smile!

Melissa Enders | ACM Manager

With more than six years experience in building mutually beneficial client relationships, Melissa has gained and honed excellent communication, organization and reasoning skills. Her Sales/Marketing career began in the fitness industry, where she became one of only three Sales and Fitness Specialists nationally, to negotiate the most profitable deal, which earned Melissa her first of two promotions in just 3 months. From there, Melissa broadened her reach into Real Estate, where she assisted in the successful growth of a new market for an emerging Real Estate firm. Here, she achieved an ongoing 100% customer approval rating and served as a key team member in various areas.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2003. While there she earned numerous honors on the Track and Field team and was a contributing member of SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Council). Melissa’s diverse industry experiences have granted her vast amounts of knowledge and proficiencies which will translate into gains for both the mgecom team and its clients.

Evan Chaisson | Affiliate Account Executive / Onboarding Director

Evan Chaisson began his career in retail management, and brings his experience in sales and customer service into the mgecom family. Even while earning a B.S. degree in Business Management with a concentration in marketing from North Carolina State University, Evan started pursuing management opportunities with Genesco, Inc. After three years at the store management level, developing and growing two store locations, he chose to leave the corridors of the mall and follow a path that had become exceedingly fascinating to him: online marketing. Affiliate marketing was a perfect match, due to the unique relationship opportunities that it presents, as well as, the opportunity to utilize his internet know-how that had until now been suppressed. Evan now works as an Affiliate Account Executive, helping to ensure that our affiliates reach their ultimate earnings potential.

Neil Patel | Affiliate Account Executive

Neil Patel first started his marketing career in rental property management and simultaneously earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration focused in marketing. Neil spent four years as a property manager and handled three rental properties. Not challenged enough, Neil extended his marketing education to the Internet where he turned a profit by selling goods on EBAY and has since developed valuable customer service and extensive communication standards. He continued to perfect his customer service skills as a client management representative at Fidelity Investments, however, his true calling pointed to e-commerce, leading Neil to join the mgecom affiliate marketing team. Here he works as an affiliate account executive to make certain our clients maximize revenue by building their online presence.

Nick Szeto | Affiliate Account Executive

As a recent graduate from North Carolina State University, Nick Szeto supports the mgecom team as an affiliate account executive. With his studies in Business Management and Marketing, along with his outstanding customer relationship skills attained through experience within the service industry, Nick is the perfect fit for many clients. He spent a significant portion of his college years working as a successful server at PF Chang’s China Bistro, where he grew a steady base of repeat customers, making it possible for him to finance the majority of his education. Also known as a traveler in his free time, Nick can recount experiences in many different parts of the world, more recently including adventures in Europe while studying international marketing and global strategy in Aix-en Provence, France. Known for his focus, determination, and efficiency, success for clients and the mgecom team is his ultimate priority.

Carol Martell | Affiliate Account Executive

Carol Martell graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Communication: Media and joins mgecom as an Affiliate Account Executive. She has a strong background in customer service, sales, public relations and small group management that makes her a natural motivator. Throughout her career, Carol has worked on sales and marketing for a wide variety of industries including Commercial Real Estate, satellite imagery, social networking, furniture, hardwood and laminate flooring, toys, books, food & beverage, and education. This diversity of experience and niche marketing has given her a big-picture focus as well as an acute sense of detail (as well as a LOT of useless facts). The collaborative environment and commitment to excellence first attracted Carol to mgecom, and she is very excited to be a part of the quickly-growing Affiliate Account Executive team.

Jordan Wilson | Affiliate Account Executive

Jordan Wilson is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a major in Economics and minor in Entrepreneurship. While attending UNC, Jordan was able to gain experience in advertising and marketing through the UNC Entrepreneurship minor and his position with the Department of Housing and Residential Education. His extensive background in marketing and customer service will serve him well when helping affiliates achieve their highest revenue potential.
