Matt Enders | CEO Matt Enders is the CEO of MGECOM, Inc. He has spent his entire career working in online marketing, most specifically in affiliate marketing. He has worked in countless product categories and brought success to a wide range of companies, both large and small. His career has touched on all online sales verticals, including PPC, portal shopping, business development, CSE's and email, but affiliate marketing has always been his specialty.
Matt began his career as a marketing intern during college and progressively developed his experience and abilities until he was able to form MGECOM, Inc. in March of 2006. Matt now focuses on managing affiliate programs with a focus on best practices, sales growth, ROI and the universal satisfaction of everyone involved. He has had numerous successes with launching new affiliate programs and turning around ailing ones. In addition, Matt is responsible for the overall strategy, growth and success of MGECOM, Inc.
Jeff Cress | Vice President, Business Development & Marketing Jeff is a customer focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers identify opportunities to increase revenue. He specializes in learning customer’s needs and matching those needs to the program that will drive maximum return on investment.
Prior to joining MGECOM, Inc., Jeff enjoyed 12 successful years in the pharmaceutical industry with GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis in various sales and customer relations roles. He has been consistently recognized for his ability to craft win-win solutions to business problems.
Jeff earned a MBA with specializations in Marketing and Health services, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. He is a US Air Force veteran, an avid boater, pilot, and hockey player, and enjoys coaching his kid’s soccer team.

Mike Bump | Director of Business Development Mike Bump is Director of Business Development for MGECOM's outsourced affiliate program management.
A veteran of affiliate sales channel development and OPM, he plays a major role in helping eTailer’s maximize their online sales and leadgen revenues. Prior to joining our team, Mike was the Director of Sales for a competitive affiliate program management firm. Before that, he was VP of Sales and Marketing for Innovative Ideas Int. where he was instrumental in creating, launching and managing AdvertisingRevenueService.com.
Mike has a well-rounded management, consulting, marketing and sales background. His experience includes outsourced IT managed services, affiliate program start-ups and re-launch strategies, network sales, business to business private marketplace sales and management, affiliate and merchant focused business to consumer sales. He also has consulted merchants on affiliate sales channel start-up and re-launches throughout the United States.
Prior to jumping into the Internet with both feet at the start of the new millennium, Mike enjoyed an achievement-filled career developing and leading top revenue generating radio sales and marketing teams throughout the country for more than 20 years. He lives in Las Vegas, the entertainment and Affiliate Summit capitol of the universe with his artist wife, Lorrie, their wiener dog Lucy and their four cats.
Mike Kansa | Director of Affiliate Program Operations In recent years he's been a contributing force behind many industry awards and accolades including; CJ Horizon Award for Greatness in 2006 with HP Snapfish, Affiliate Summit Affiliate of the Year Pinnacle Award in 2008 with FlamingoWorld, Affiliate SummitExceptional Merchant Pinnacle Award in 2010 with the eBay Partner Network, A4U Innovative Merchant Award in 2010 with the eBay Partner Network, Affiliate Marketing Awards Best Merchant Innovation in 2010 with the eBay Partner Network.
A seasoned veteran in the affiliate space, Mike has a left a wake of success in his path with merchants, agencies, networks and publishers. Prior to Affiliate Marketing, Mike's Internet journey began in high school when he was hired by the local school district as an IT consultant. Here he helped implement a large scale technology upgrade installing servers, routers, workstations and other technical infrastructure in nine school buildings. In 1998 he moved on to pursue a career as a professional snowboarder in Utah where he was sponsored by various brands including Allian Snowboards, Von Zipper, 686 & Northwave. During this time he also played pivotal roles assisting as a regional sales rep, team and event coordinator, as well as supporting numerous brick and mortar snowboard & skateboard shops. Mike also excelled in digital media, producing a handful of snowboarding films as well as video & print content for Salt Lake City's local lifestyle and music magazine SLUG.
After completing a Marketing Communication degree at the University of Utah in 2002, Mike went to work for Overstock.com. Here he provided significant lift and support to numerous business units during Overstock's years of hyper growth, where share prices rocketed from $10 to $80. After launching the Overstock Auctions affiliate program in 2005, Mike left the beehive state for the greener pastures of California and consulted for various merchants and super affiliates like HP, Hanover Direct, FlamingoWorld, ForMeToCoupon and others. Prior to joining MGECOM, Mike was a driving force behind the eBay Partner Network where he sourced and managed eBay publisher relationships & integrations in the tech, collectibles, gold/silver and tickets verticals. He was a crucial component to the launch of ePN's revolutionary Quality Click Pricing and also managed the eBay Australia , eBay Canada and Half.com ePN programs.
Mike joined the MGECOM team in November, 2011 as Director of Affiliate Marketing for the best affiliate program management agency in the business. When not at his desk, Mike can be found surfing and mountain biking near his home on the Lost Coast in Northern California, as well as helping his girlfriend Abigail with Independent Sole, her shoe review blog.
Nick Szeto | Senior Affiliate Account Executive As a recent graduate from North Carolina State University, Nick Szeto supports the MGECOM, Inc. team as an affiliate account executive. With his studies in Business Management and Marketing, along with his outstanding customer relationship skills attained through experience within the service industry, Nick is the perfect fit for many clients. He spent a significant portion of his college years working as a successful server at PF Chang’s China Bistro, where he grew a steady base of repeat customers, making it possible for him to finance the majority of his education. Also known as a traveler in his free time, Nick can recount experiences in many different parts of the world, more recently including adventures in Europe while studying international marketing and global strategy in Aix-en Provence, France. Known for his focus, determination, and efficiency, success for clients and the MGECOM, Inc. team is his ultimate priority.
Anne Fognano | Affiliate Account Executive Anne has spent the past 12 years working in affiliate marketing. A pioneer in the industry, she was nominated for both “Most Innovative Affiliate” by Linkshare, NY and for the first annual Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award, “Affiliate of the Year," Las Vegas, NV. Her nationally known affiliate site has been featured in major publications across the nation, some of which include Smart Money, Woman’s World, Woman’s Day, and MSNBC. She was also featured as a spotlight affiliate in Revenue Magazine. She holds an AS in Business and a BA and MA, both in Psychology. When not thinking up creative marketing ideas, she enjoys spending time with her two children.
Chris Mohler | Affiliate Account Executive Chris began his journey into internet marketing in 2001 with ePenzio, Inc., a leading shopping cart provider. While working with clients to devlop their sites, increase their revenue growth and potential, he discovered affiliate marketing as a lucrative option to generate even more profits for the companies he worked with. In 2003, he moved to Overstock.com where he helped manage their Affiliate Program which soon became the gold standard of the industry. After the program won several awards, including Linkshare's "Affiliates Choice" award in 2006, Chris moved on from the juggernaut to work with dozens of small, upstart programs as well as established programs. From 2006 - 2011, he managed over the growth of programs such as National Geographic Online, QuickBooks, The Company Store/Company Kids, and Silhouettes, to name a few.
Adam Russo | Affiliate Account Executive Adam started his career in early 2004 as an affiliate manager for the developing Overstock.com affiliate program. In over three years as a manager, Adam helped develop many relationships for the program, helped negotiate and manage many large deals, and worked daily with a large number of Overstock's top performance sites. In his time at Overstock, Adam was part of a team that received numerous award nominations, as well as the winner of the “Affiliate’s Choice” (2006) and “Best Merchant” (2004) LinkShare awards – all while helping grow program sales over 300% during his tenure.
Most recently, Adam brings his experience as both an affiliate manager and an operations specialist from an OPM, where he was in charge of a number of affiliate programs over a large number of categories. Over his 4 year tenure, he managed both large and small programs, including well known client brands such as Fathead and Lamps Plus.
Adam brings critical analytical skills, a strong customer-service background from over 8 years in the retail and hospitality industry, and a good sense of humor from his home office in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he currently lives with his daughter.
Pam White | Affiliate Account Executive From her early days in Internet marketing, beginning in 1999, Pam has devoted over 10 years to honing her Affiliate Management skills and affiliate personal relationships. As Affiliate Manager, and with the dedication of hundreds of affiliates, she worked tirelessly to achieve a 300% growth increase in 5 years for HD Publishing Group, a top subscription site in the public records and people search niche.
She continued this success by managing one of the top Clickbank advertisers whose offer contained over 30 people search and public and government records sites. Throughout her career she’s worked with all the top affiliate networks, including CJ, Shareasale, and independent proprietary programs. Additional experience includes time spent in the web hosting and insurance leads verticals.
As the Affiliate Marketing channel has grown and thousands of new programs have entered the marketplace, Pam has shown a deep commitment to serving all affiliate experience levels with her willingness to help and encourage. Focusing heavily on the daily changes in publisher and advertiser challenges; from Google updates to Social media, SEO, PPC, and more, she is continually updating her education level in all areas of Internet and Affiliate Marketing. She’s been a frequent attendee of Affiliate Summit, in both Las Vegas and New York.
She lives if central Florida, close to the beach and the Orlando attractions and enjoys time with family and friends and her little shih tzu Nala.
Jordan Wilson | Affiliate Account Executive As an affiliate account executive, Jordan uses his motivation and focus to increase profits and brand exposure for his clients. With strengths in organization personal communication, he has enjoyed quick success at MGECOM. His extensive background in marketing and customer service also serves him well when helping clients grow their affiliate program. Having established many relationships with a variety of top affiliates, he has brought great growth in programs that he personally manages as well as with other MGECOM merchants. Jordan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a major in Economics and minors in both Entrepreneurship and Music. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Jesse, Tar Heel sports, and playing guitar.
Darren Zapsky | Affiliate Account Executive With an educational background in Information Sciences, Darren began his Internet marketing career in 2001 where he placed emphasis on Website development and search engine optimization. Through continuous education and commitment to industry best practices, Darren’s career path eventually led him to positions in Search Engine Marketing Management where he worked on various Internet marketing projects for Mack Trucks, Aramark, Falcon Safety Products and other companies.
In 2004, Darren entered the affiliate marketing industry as an affiliate, and as his success as an affiliate marketer grew, his passion for the affiliate marketing industry also grew to a level that he decided to focus his career strictly on the affiliate marketing industry.
Darren’s experience with search engine strategies, affiliate marketing and affiliate management provides him with a unique perspective from both sides of the industry. While Darren is committed to developing affiliate programs to their greatest potential, he also understands how affiliate marketers think and what they need to grow to their full potential for the advertiser.
When Darren isn’t working on an affiliate marketing project he could be doing automobile restoration, paddling his canoes and kayaks, or just simply enjoying the outdoors.
Chris Cooper | Social Media Director Chris Cooper started in affiliate marketing in the early 2000’s as an affiliate program manager for an online toy etailer. After increasing the sales and efficiency of that program, he moved on to successfully managing the affiliate programs for a number of well known online retailers. His next stop was working with a “super-affiliate” where he launched niche websites and learned the ins and outs of datafeeds. In addition, he was responsible for regular postings on a number blogs. It was at this time he developed an interest in social media marketing, where he found an outlet to further engage in conversations with customers and affiliates. He can now be found posting on the MGECOM blog, their Facebook Fan page and their Twitter account where he regularly posts updates about the affiliate marketing industry as well as new client signings and promotions.
