First, I’d like to thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Secondly, I’d like to say how very refreshing it is to have a merchant respond in such an open, cooperative and friendly manner. Sometimes I have found that merchants appear to have become complacent and even dismissive of their affiliates, sometimes to the point where I fail to understand why they bother having an affiliate program at all. It is very pleasant indeed to find a merchant with a pro-active and friendly attitude.
